Asheville's Original Axe Throwing Experience
Axeville opened in 2018 as the first axe throwing club in Asheville, NC — and quickly became one of the city's most beloved experiences. With 10 targets (4 traditional, 6 digital), 3 lounges, a cozy outdoor area with a fire pit and picnic tables, and over 30 craft beer and cider options, we built a place where strangers became friends and every throw told a story.
Over seven years, we hosted hundreds of date nights, bachelor parties, team-building events, birthday celebrations, and walk-ins who just wanted to hurl something sharp at a wooden target. We were rated #1 in Nightlife Activities in TripAdvisor's Things To Do in Asheville — and earned a whole lot of love from this incredible community. We were so proud to have been Asheville's Original Axe Throwing Experience.
We closed our doors on March 22, 2025. It wasn't goodbye forever — just the end of this particular chapter. Thank you for every throw, every laugh, and every memory made inside these walls.
